Our client, a major infrastructure operator is currently recruiting for a Senior Land Advisor to provide technical expert advice on all aspects of land entry and acquisitions to the Land and Planning Delivery Team.
The Senior Land Advisor will be responsible for advising on legislation and rights associated with the Water Industry, and developing and advising on policy, standards and activities relating land purchase, access to land, arrangement of wayleaves, easements, and compensation payments. The successful Senior Land Advisor will manage the land and planning external supply chain and will act as an Expert Client on behalf of the Company.

In order to apply for the role of Senior Land Advisor you will have the ability to drive efficiencies and effective decision making through process driven activities with multiple users. The role holder will be managing consultants to deliver land and planning services on a day to day basis. You will have strong negotiation skills, and will have experience in presenting to internal stakeholders. The successful Senior Land Advisor will be a qualified chartered surveyor or equivalent and a member of RICS or equivalent. Suitable candidates will ideally have previous experience of working with or in the water industry or utilities industry specifically on matters relating to land entry and acquisitions. The successful Senior Land Advisor will have a good understanding of general property management and practice.
