Role: Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services Salary: £40,000 – 45,000 (Share ownership and director status progression) Location: Surrey Due to a number of very large project wins, a very long standing and steady order book as well as recent succession planning we are looking to recruit a senior electrical design engineer to work on a permanent basis for a leading medium sized building services consultants in Surrey. The senior electrical design will be given the opportunity to work on an array of projects within the educational, retail, commercial, aviation and public sector developments and also establish a long term and successful career. The senior electrical design engineer will be required to manage/ lead the electrical building services elements of a wide range of projects including financial management, technical reviews, client liaison, full electrical design as well as assisting with fee submissions and tenders. The senior electrical design engineer will be offered a salary in the region of £40-45,000 per annum plus a benefits package, an immediate start and most importantly the opportunity to quickly progress to associate and then director level with the opportunity to gain equity within the business. We are looking to employ a professional and experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer who has experience of undertaking full electrical design on an array of building services projects, who is from a consultancy background, who is confident in representing the business at client and technical meetings, who has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and who has project management skills.
