Given that this is working on the Crossrail project it will be a major advantage if your previous railway project experience was stations related.
REQUIREMENTS
BSc, BTEC, HND/HNC qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Good knowledge of ICE and NEC Conditions of Contract
Good/excellent computer skills
Flexible, accurate and methodical approach to work
Be self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and contribute positively to the existing team
Possess good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn new skills
Chartered Surveyor or member of a relevant professional organisation
Experience in commercial management of rail contracts
Experience of complex contracts
Based in one of the co-located Crossrail offices, it will clearly be an advantage if you have Crossrail exposure on your CV already.
