In this important team role you'll be responsible for delivering signalling designs in accordance with standards and internal procedures. You'll interface with clients regarding design requirements, participate in design reviews and ensure that design work is delivered fully in accordance with client requirements. The primary focus is on LU systems, but the ability to transfer skills to mainline design is also of interest.
Looking for IRSE licensed designers preferably with LU project experience (Network Rail experience will be considered). You'll have a detailed knowledge of industry standards and design criteria and be a team worker with good communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess an appropriate technical qualification or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of signalling principles and current knowledge of signalling design processes. With an IRSE Designer License 1.1.150C and in the use of Microstation (including Plans and Circuit Design in CAD) you'll also be committed to satisfying client and company requirements.

The scope of our service includes both strategic and delivery services across the full range of transport modes. Our clients include Transport for London, Department for Transport, London Underground and Network Rail.
