What is the Role?
This is a permanent rail job for a Signalling Manager to join an international rail design consultancy.
The team is already well established, with an even spread across Principle Signalling Designer, Senior Signalling Designers, Designers and Junior Designers.
The position has become available due to positive internal relocation within the organisation. The team is in good shape, with a solid work bank. Your function will be to provide leadership to the team, helping to support and shape the signalling design team`s continuing development.
As the leader, it is expected that you have a strong design background in feasibility and design, though there are a number of principle designers within the team.
Therefore you would be tasked with leading the design on client projects and developing further projects.
This is a good opportunity for an established signalling manager to inherit an established performing team, and develop the capabilities further. You should have strong new business development skills, with proven experience of managing opportunities through the invite to tender process with corresponding excellent cost control.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss your initial application and suitability.
