They have a long history of delivery through frameworks and alliances which is reflected in their strong long-term order book. Working across all their business sectors and reporting to the regional director, you will be responsible for;
• Management and submission of PQQ’s and tender packages of the highest standard
• Write, edit and review material for documents
• Continual management and review of Quality Systems
• Develop and implement strategy to increase the chances of winning tenders
• Develop relationships with Client
• Co-ordinate tender documentation/submission package
• Co-ordinate engineering design solutions
• Attend tender settlement meetings ensuring all relevant cost information is available for presentation
• Maintain regular contact with all relevant departments to obtain feedback on costs, technical and commercial performance.
• Review Capability documents, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Ability to convert technical material into clear, interesting and articulate documents
• Experience (but not essential) within the following sectors: roads, bridges, ground engineering and waterways \ river works
• Able to analyse client questions to ensure the responses we create clearly answer the questions
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very high standard of writing, copy editing and proof reading skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and to tight deadlines
• Strong software skills including word, Powerpoint Excel etc
