I am on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a huge tier 1 contractor based in West Sussex on a freelance basis for ongoing work. The role will be working within the commercial team of my clients rail function and will be working on aspects of rail civils schemes.

My client are a famous tier 1 contractor who are successful across a number of different sectors.

The ideal candidate will have:


   » Rail experience (essential)
   » Qualified in a technical subject
   » Commercially Astute
   » Claims experience
   » Schedule of rates
   » Subcontract management
   » NR12/NR3 knowledge
   » Internal operations management
