We are currently looking to recruit experienced and ambitious highway/civil design engineers to be part of a motivated team of an international multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Birmingham as a Senior/Principal Engineer or Associate Director.

The candidate will demonstrate and develop their projects and team management skills, as well as leading an established team in delivering highway and infrastructure schemes in both the public and private sectors.

You will demonstrate experience in liaison with clients, local authorities and other external design team members. You will show experience of working within project teams and supervising team members within civil/highway engineering.

As a Principal Engineer or Associate Director, you are expected to have experience in leading projects and acting as technical discipline lead for larger products. You will also support the technical and Regional Directors in the management of the office, as well as mentoring and encouraging junior civil, highway staff.

Job requirements:

- Incorporated or Chartered Engineer in the Civils and Highway field
- Ability to carry out, review and check technical agreements including S278 and S38 agreements
- Proven Project and team management skills;
