I am currently working with an engineering consultancy in Kent who are looking for a Senior QS or aspiring Quantity Surveyor to join them on projects ranging in value up to £50m +

This is an opportunity to work on interesting local projects including:

- £85m urban regeneration scheme in Brighton

- Residential programme in Croydon - delivering 30 mixed tenure schemes ranging from £1million and £30m

- Grade II listed leisure centre and pools within London

- Leisure Centre in Dover approximately worth £20million

Experience:

- Chartered QS / or a candidate with the desire to become Chartered

- Experienced in Education, Leisure, Commercial Offices, Retail or Care Homes
