Our client is a leading consultancy that has opportunities for Leakage Engineers to join them on the Affinity Water region on a long term contract.

As a Leakage Engineer, you will be required to undertake a detailed survey to identify the type and location of water leakage. You will assist with repairing gangs by providing leak detection services along with carrying out adequate and accurate completion of all paperwork (including time sheets, survey forms, leak details) and other duties as required.

The successful Leakage Engineer must be proficient in the use of leakage detection equipment, including a correlator, pipe tracer, ground microphone and listening stick. You will also be experienced in leakage detection methodologies and hold experience of working within a leakage detection role or similar within the water industry.

You must have an up to date Streetworks qualification, hold the National Water Hygiene card. and a full driving license is required. NVQ 2 in Leakage Detection would be an advantage.
