Role: Quantity Surveyor & Senior Quantity Surveyor
Pay: £300 - £450 per day
Location: Northamptonshire

I'm on the lookout for an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a key client of mine on a freelance or permanent basis based in Northamptonshire. The role is working on a major multi-disciplinary rail project and will include p-way, civils, OLE, demolition and more.

My client are a huge tier 1 contractor who are working across a wide range of sectors and projects.

In order to qualify for the role you must have:

   » Experience working for the contractor within the civil engineering / construction industry
   » Expert sub-contractor management experience is essential
   » Experience working with target cost forms of contract
   » Change management experience
   » Cost control experience
   » Longevity shown in recent assignments
