A major railway systems Contractor is seeking a Railway Telecoms Bid Engineer on a contract basis to join its Midlands based team on an initial 3 month contract with a strong possibility of extending for the right person.

As a Railway Telecoms Bid Engineer you will work with the Design Engineer to understand/define scope of bids; review access, Red Zones and ROTR availabilities; establish delivery strategies; estimate construction (installation and termination hours); work with test team estimator to agree responsibilities; produce assumptions and clarification lists; present to Construction Management for review and approval and write responses to PQQ's and tender clarifications.

To be considered for this role you will have in depth railway telecoms installation and test knowledge, tendering experiencem abilities to create PQQ responses and use excel to a good standard.

Rate is negotiable dependent on experience and skills.
