This role is looking for a SHQE Manager to be involved with Rail projects from Tender to Completion.

Role Description
This role requires for an ambitious SHQE Manager looking for total involvement with projects from the initial tender through to completion. Your role will see you giving your specialist health, safety, quality and environmental knowledge with in the rail sector to support and development project tenders. Once won you will then set up the site with your systems and procedures that helped win the project before having a Health and Safety advisor advisor run the site on a day to day basis.
This is with in the rail sector so you will have knowledge of Network Rails rule and regulations to provide the substance to the systems you will be implementing. Projects vary in size from 1million to 50million across all disciplines [OHL, P-Way, Signalling, Power, Civil engineering]. Due to this fact you will also have an understanding of these systems even if you haven't worked on these types of projects before.
Required Experience
You must be in a Health and safety position currently with in the Rail sector. Along with this a Health and Safety qualification is also required with a NEBOSH qualification being a minimum.
Personality is equally important as you must have the drive and ambition to want to continue in to Directorship roles. This supported with your knowledge and proven success with in the Health and Safety field would be the perfect combination.
