Our client, one of Europe’s leading providers of rail infrastructure services, is currently looking to recruit a HSQE Change Manager. The business provides total solutions in railway infrastructure, from high speed rail systems to light and urban rail-presenting a diverse and challenging opportunity to the successful applicant. The role of Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Change Manager will be based in Wimbledon, but will involve travel in and around the UK in order to visit the numerous company locations.
The role of will be tasked with Constructing, implementing and tracking to success a cost-effective plan to achieve 18001 Safety certification. The HSQE Change Manager
will be responsible for leading and directing the Safety Assurance and Audit activity throughout the Company and will review incoming Client Standards, Railway Group Standards and other key documents, ensuring company procedures and documents are revised and reissued promptly.
The HSQE Change Manager will be responsible for auditing and reporting on operational HSQE performance, and make recommendations for improvement, ensuring that effective action is taken.
In order to apply for the role of HSQE Change Manager you will have a proven track record in safety and environment management in the rail industry, and will hold a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent and NEBOSH Environmental Diploma. You will be a competent auditor and experienced with auditing existing standards and making recommendations for change within a business.
