A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Energy Officer to join a large NHS Trust in South London and play a crucial role in the ongoing drive to reduce carbon emissions.

Duties and Responsibilities;

*Manage individual energy schemes, projects and relevant teams
*Provide specialized knowledge on Building Management system
*Support the implementation and delivery of The Trusts Carbon Reduction strategy.
*Implement building controls strategies and settings to ensure optimum functionality and efficiency.
*Provide regular monitoring reports for each of the schemes nominated to the post-holder.
*Control the expenditure within energy projects and provides regular monitoring reports for all levels of management.
*Ensure that each scheme meets the requirements of project plan, timescales and budget.
*Implement systems of control to monitor cost, time and performance ensuring a clear and concise audit trail supporting 'Energy Management, Carbon Reduction and all NHS governance requirements.

The desired candidate will possess a qualification in engineering or energy/sustainability discipline. They will have experience of energy management and proven record of delivering energy reduction projects and change programmes within the NHS or a similar complex building services environment.
