My client, a global Built Asset Consultancy, is looking for a professional Clerk of Works to monitor projects being carried out for Local Authorities. Specific experience of affordable housing is essential.

Duties will include representing to clients, visiting sites daily, spot checking/quality control of works and being familiar with all drawings, specifications, contracts, Health and Safety, and handover documentation (e.g. NICEIC and Corgi). A high level of communication is necessary to report to clients, Project Managers and contractors.

Chartership is ESSENTIAL for this role. The successful candidate will be highly knowledgeable on Building regs and Affordable Sector Standards. Previous record of successfully delivering affordable housing or local authority projects is also essential.
