Our client has been selected by Network Rail as one the contractors to deliver infrastructure services under a £750 million Multi Asset Framework Agreement. We expect to deliver services for 19 projects worth some £250 million on a number of key rail routes across the East of England.
We are recruiting for a number of disciplines to provide a wide range of services including design, delivery, testing and commissioning for these projects, which include plans to improve line speed and upgrade track
We now have an opportunity for Team Organiser. They will be responsible for the procurement of Plant, Labour and materials via the Oracle System and will have use of Purchase cards. They will also be expected to provide a varied amount of other administrative and secretarial support to of technical engineers, commercial and project management staff and managed / supervise administration staff.
We are looking for the following skills and competencies from applicants;
• Experience / Knowledge of the rail and civils industry
• Experience / Knowledge of working with a business support management role
• Business a where and able to work to deadlines, adhere to budgets, policies and procedures
• Experience / knowledge of Oracle Systems
• Experience / knowledge of procurement
• Supervisory / management experience
