Senior Commercial Manager - Civil Engineering - Midlands

Location:- West Midlands

Salary:- £65,000 - £70,000 + Car + Bonus

Responsibilities:-
This role is not a typical Commercial Manager as you wont have a team to manage or a specific project / framework to deliver. Your responsibilities are to support the Commercial managers reviewing the client contracts at all stages of a project from the bid through to completion.

Acting as a line of defence, being the mediator between both parties ensuring a successful out come. You will be working for a large main contractor that focuses on delivering successful projects which means ultimately making a profit.

The projects vary in size dealing with large single projects up to 1billion in value against frameworks lasting between 5 and 10 years. These are all with in the Civil Engineering / Infrastructure sector so a good background can be:
• Highways
• Water
• Rail
• Environmental
• Airports

Requirements:-
Your experience in a Commercial Manager role is a minimum requirement with a strong infrastructure project portfolio. Ideally degree qualified and Charted but experience is the key for this position.
