 Qualifications and Experience 

Essential 
*Degree holder in any discipline 
*Hold a professional qualification in safety management with membership of a recognized professional institution 
*Minimum 7 years of general HSQE management experience 
*5 years of specific HSQE management experience within the rail industry 
*Good understanding of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2000 and OSHAS18001:1999 
*Skillful in communicating, motivating and developing staff 
politically incisive in communicating effectively with government agencies, board members, media/press, contractors and staff

You will be responsible for the tendering/bidding on various projects in the rail infrastructure sector which covers OHL, P-Way, Signalling, Power and Civil Engineering. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once the project has been won you will be managing the commercial team on site, depending on the size and scale this maybe your sole project or this may be overseeing up to 5 smaller sites.
